If you are located in Lebanon, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
If you are located outside of Lebanon, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days.
For domestic orders within Lebanon, we use local courier services. For international orders, we use international shipping carriers such as DH and UPS .

PAYMENT INFORMATION
For orders within Lebanon, we offer two payment options: cash on delivery and credit card. You can choose your preferred payment option during checkout.
Yes, we accept credit card payments for orders within Lebanon, in addition to cash on delivery.
For orders outside of Lebanon, we only accept credit card payments. We do not offer cash on delivery or any other payment options.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the change or cancellation request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If you suspect that your credit card has been used without your authorization, please contact your bank or credit card company immediately to report the issue. You can also contact us directly to report any unauthorized use of your credit card on our website.
