Refund and Returns Policy – Universal Publisher

1.1 We accept returns of books within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the book is in its original condition and has not been damaged.

1.2 To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

1.3 If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the book.

2.1 We do not offer refunds for books that have been purchased.

2.2 If the return is approved and the book is in its original condition, we will offer a replacement book of equal or lesser value.

2.3 If a replacement book is not available, we will offer a voucher for the purchase price of the returned book.

3.1 If the book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the book.

3.2 We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage.

3.3 If the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement book of equal or lesser value or a voucher for the purchase price of the damaged book.

4.1 The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned book to us.

4.2 If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5.1 We do not offer direct exchanges.

5.2 If you wish to exchange a book, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired book.
